After writing this manual, I’ve come to realize the following:

Time well spent leads to a life well lived.
You’ve probably asked yourself, “Well, what are the best ways to spend my time?” I encourage you to invest the time to answer this question for yourself. I’m sharing The Book On Time as the start of my reflections and perspective on this question, hoping that it will help people spend their time in more meaningful and rewarding ways.
